Grades Explained

Grade A: Clearance
These items are New and Unused. There may be slight damage to packaging but the goods are not opened.

Grade B: Ex Display
These items have been opened and placed on display or assembled for testing / checking.
The goods may have been powered on operated (if electrical / fuel powered) however, they have not been used for working.

Grade C: Customer Returns
These items have been purchased by customers and returned for several reasons including (but not limited to) Faulty, Unwanted Gift, Ordered Wrong Item etc.
